Method

Fact and analysis labels on every Beacon piece say what kind of statement it is; each opens with a direct answer and lists its sources. Facts are sourced sentence by sentence, opinion is kept apart from fact, and corrections are dated and visible.

Labels

  • Fact: what happened. Every sentence rests on a named source.
  • Analysis: what it means for the reader. Sourced reasoning, never a pitch.
  • Opinion: a named person's view. Always separate from fact.
  • Announcement: a company's own statement, shown as theirs.
  • From Winda: Winda's own statement or product, always labeled, always last on the page.

Sources

No claim without a named source, with a link where one exists. On incidents, a cause is stated only once an official investigation (PHMSA, CSB, NTSB or the national equivalent) has published one. Until then a story carries one status: Unconfirmed, Investigation ongoing or Official report out.

Review

Explainers, glossary terms, short videos and Standards & Rules Watch are checked by a technical reviewer, who is named on the page with the review date. Library pages also show when they are next due for review.

How it is made

AI agents research and draft; people review, approve and correct. Every public level and number from the Winda Industry Map is approved by a person before it is published.

Corrections

A correction is a dated note on the page it corrects. A Fact is never edited silently.
