Beacon Weekly privacy notice
What Beacon Weekly collects, why, who processes it, how long it is kept, and how to unsubscribe or have your details deleted.
Who we are. Winda Inc., 2700 Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX 77056, United States, publishes Winda Beacon and Beacon Weekly. Contact: info@winda.ai.
What we collect. Your email address, name, company, country and role; the consent wording you agreed to, the time and the page; whether you confirmed, opened or clicked an email, and when you unsubscribed.
Why. To send you Beacon Weekly, which you asked for (our legal basis is your consent), and to understand, in aggregate, who reads it. We do not sell your details or share them for others' marketing. If Winda later offers you other services by email, we will ask for that separately.
Who processes it. Resend, Inc. sends the emails and stores the list for us in the United States, under a data processing agreement. Your details may therefore be handled outside your country; for readers in the EU and UK the transfer relies on the safeguards in that agreement. By subscribing you consent to this transfer.
How long. Until you unsubscribe; then we keep only what is needed to honour your unsubscribe and show what you had agreed to (your address, the consent record and the dates) and delete the rest within 30 days; in practice we delete it at once. Unconfirmed requests are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@winda.ai; we answer within 30 days. In the EU and UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
